The Role
As the successful Senior Pricing Manager you will play a vital strategic role within the international centre of excellence, responsible for defining and leading the pricing strategy. Working in close partnership with Category Management Leads and cross-functional stakeholders, the Senior Pricing Manager ensures pricing guidance reflects the category’s value proposition, lifecycle priorities, and competitive context. While not directly responsible for analysis, this role provides direction to Analysts, reviews outputs, and translates insights into actionable guidance. The Senior Manager will collaborate with Pricing colleagues as a group to align central pricing tools, frameworks, and governance across the broader portfolio.

The successful Senior Pricing Manager will have:

• Experience in a strategic pricing, commercial strategy role
• Ability to interact with cross-functional team members and stakeholders on all levels in an executive consultation, problem-solving, constructive manner
• Champion a customer focused environment by maintaining a deep and practical understanding of customer needs
• Knowledge of value-based pricing, launch pricing, and category strategy in regulated industries

Salary: €100,000 – €120,000 plus benefits.
