    As they continue to expand, they are seeking a talented and experienced Sales Director to lead their sales team to new heights.


    1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company’s overall objectives, focusing on growth within the B2B, Ingredients and Food Manufacturing segments.

    2. Team Management: Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve individual and collective targets.

    3. Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities for business development and growth.

    4. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.

    5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and other relevant teams to align sales efforts with overall business strategies.

    6. Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.

    7. Sales Performance Analysis: Implement and utilise sales analytics to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.

    8. Expansion Strategies: Drive business expansion by exploring new markets, partnerships, and channels for distribution.

    9. Compliance: Ensure that all sales activities comply with legal and ethical standards.


    1. Proven experience as a Sales Director, ideally within the FMCG industry.

    2. Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

    3. Excellent leadership and team management skills.

    4. In-depth knowledge of the FMCG and food industry.

    5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

    6. Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.

    7. Flexibility to adapt to a hybrid working environment.
