    The Role

    As part of this position you will accountable for maximising the P&L performance of your business unit with the wider team. You will work cross functionally to create and invest for the growth strategy that includes all elements of the customer requirements. This role will be very hands on in a changing business, they encourage external thinking and challenging the status quo. This role will work closely with the Head of Sales to lead the commercial teams through change.

    The ideal fit

    • Operated successfully at Sales Controller level
    • Ideally have experience in pharmaceuticals / healthcare experience
    • Able to influence change with cross functional teams
    • Ideally had experience in wider commercial projects
    • Customer centricity with a strong service orientation
    • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking

    Salary: £75,000 – £85,000 plus benefits

    Location: Home based.
