The Role
As Revenue Growth Manager, you will play a key role in maximising revenue and profitability through pricing, promotional and performance analysis. Working cross-functionally with commercial stakeholders, you’ll deliver actionable insights, support new product launches and help build a best-in-class revenue growth capability. Ideal for a highly analytical individual looking to make a genuine impact within a growing business.

• A commercially minded analyst who loves solving business challenges through data
• Experience within FMCG, grocery, retail or another fast-paced consumer environment
• Strong understanding of pricing, promotions and revenue growth levers
• Able to influence stakeholders and challenge thinking with confidence and credibility
• Comfortable balancing detail with the bigger commercial picture
• Thrives in a growing business where agility and ownership are valued
• Highly organised, naturally curious and motivated to continuously improve performance
• A collaborative team player with the energy and ambition to grow alongside the business

Location: Hybrid. (3 days in London HQ)
Salary: Up to £55,000, plus benefits package.
