The Role
As the successful Process Development Manager you will be expected to deliver optimum product launches and ensure subsequent quality and profitability of all such activity. You will be fully responsible for the development and maintenance of the Process Blueprint and New Product Design frameworks. As the Process Development Manager you will manage trial critical paths, forecasts and plans & controls own resources to deliver development activity to the agreed quality and to trial budget.
The ideal fit
Have a proven track record in NPD leadership at a strategic and operational level in the food industry.
Knowledge and passion for food processing, material properties, continuous improvement, problem solving
Previous experience of managing a team essential
Maintain a full working knowledge of plant and process constraint capabilities
Capable of driving and implementing process excellence and process capability expansion.
Degree level ideally in Food Science, Food Technology, Process Engineering, CI
Salary : Our client is looking to pay a competitive basic salary and benefits to attract the right person.
