    The Role

    As the successful Marketing Manager you will lead the strategic direction for the medium to long term. You will then be expected to cascade this, including toolkits and guidelines, to the execution team who will lead the in-year implementation. Good cross-department communication skills are essential and exceptional internal stakeholder management, to bring the wider business on the journey with you and instil a brand guardianship mentality across all areas. Part of your role will also be heavily involved in NPD of new products.

    The ideal fit

    • Experience in a Marketing Manager role ideally in a B2B environment
    • Private label experience is preferred
    • Data-mining oriented and gifted, mastery of digital tools]
    • Knowledge of distribution
    • Resilient and happy in a fast paced environment.
    • Research-oriented, has good skills with CRM tools, is creative and innovative.

    Salary: ┬úcompetitive

    Location: Home based. Access to West London HQ circa 1 / 2 times a week.
