This opportunity will suit an ambitious self- starter who is looking for their next challenge in a company that is forward thinking premium/luxury non food brand.

    The Role

    As the HR Director you will be responsible for driving the development of a positive and engaging workplace culture. You will be expected to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives. This is a global strategic role, looking after UK/USA and European markets. First objective will be getting the business fit for purpose, then looking at long term objectives for growth.

    The successful HR Director will have:

    • Proven experience as a HR Director or in a similar senior HR role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
    • Strong understanding of UK employment laws and regulations.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead cultural change and drive employee engagement initiatives.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

    Salary: £120,000 – £140,000, car, bonus, pension / healthcare etc

    Location: West Midlands HQ, with regular international travel
