The Role

As the Head of Manufacturing you will lead all manufacturing across multiple sites including full P&L control. You will be expected to run daily management of the manufacturing function of the business and to drive continuous improvement. You will maintain regular communication with all the senior leadership team, regularly preparing and submitting reports relating to manufacturing activities and operating budgets.

The ideal fit:

• Experience in a Head of Manufacturing / Director role or equivalent
• Food manufacturing experience is essential
• Be proactive
• You must demonstrate P&L management expertise of a £multi-million site
• A team player
• A hands-on and strategic individual with a history in leadership management, employee engagement and change management

Salary: £100,000 – £120,000 with an attractive benefits package including car allowance, bonus etc.

Location: Bedfordshire. As part of this role there is also international travel.
