Working closely with the Managing Director, you will be a key member of the Board and Senior Management Team. You will play a pivotal role in commercial decision making by providing strategic and operational financial leadership. As Group Finance Director you will be involved in setting and driving organisational vision and strategy, leading the finance and systems agenda across the Group, and maintaining and improving the financial health of the business.
What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you’ll be a proven Finance Director with strong business acumen and international experience gained in the manufacturing or FMCG sector. You’ll be collaborative in your approach, with the confidence to challenge stakeholders, and influence the direction of the business at Board level.
