Role Overview:

As the Finance Director, you will play a pivotal role within our organisation, serving on the UK Board and reporting directly to the UK Managing Director. You will be responsible for leading the financial strategy and operations, ensuring financial stability, and driving profitable growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives and drive growth.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Establish and maintain robust financial controls and procedures.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to senior leadership and the Board.
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably within the food industry or a related sector.
• Strong financial acumen and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with relevant professional certifications.
