    The Role

    As the successful Customer Development Manager you will be responsible for managing and growing our business with HO Managed Retail customers (think One Stop, Co-op, Spar , Moto, Welcome Break etc ) , across Convenience , Grocery and OOH channels , as well as developing partnerships with their supplying Wholesalers.

    You will be expected to build effective, long term relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver profitable and sustainable growth within your customers . Developing a partnership approach and agreeing/executing Joint business Plans will be a key deliverable of the role.

    We also have plans to enter new sectors in the future , such as College and Universities, Leisure, Attractions, Arenas/Stadiums, B&I, etc with new f’real solutions so experience in these sectors would also be useful.

    This would be a great role for someone who has a passion for personal development and who will thrive in the challenge of growing within the f’real Business Unit, whilst at the same time being part of a global, multi-billion dollar business.

    The ideal fit

    • Experience in a National Account Manager role or equivalent
    • Ideally a variety of customer experience across, Convenience, Travel, Retail and Foodservice/OOH
    • Positive, growth mindset and customer focused approach
    • Credible and confident communicator with good influencing and interpersonal skills and the ability to flex style when appropriate
    • Creative problem-solver and solution provider with proactive mindset
    • Capable of simultaneous strategic thinking and tactical execution

    Salary: £competitive plus car allowance, bonus, pension, 25 days holiday, flexible benefits.
