    Our client, a leading food manufacturer, is looking for a Commercial Manager to drive private-label growth and strengthen key retailer relationships. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an ambitious, forward-thinking business in a pivotal role.
    Location: Hybrid – a few days per week at their Grimsby HQ
    Salary: Up to £65K + benefits
    Sector: Private Label | Food Manufacturing | Retailer Accounts
    The role:
    ✅ Manage and grow key private-label retail accounts
    ✅ Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive sales & profitability
    ✅ Negotiate pricing, contracts & promotional plans
    ✅ Work cross-functionally with NPD, supply chain & operations to ensure seamless delivery
    ✅ Identify new opportunities & strengthen retailer partnerships

    About you:
    ✔ Proven experience in a Commercial Manager, Account Manager, or similar role in food manufacturing
    ✔ Strong understanding of private label & retail relationships
    ✔ Excellent negotiation, communication & analytical skills
    ✔ A results-driven, commercial mind-set with a passion for food & FMCG
