The role
As the successful Commercial Finance Analyst you will play a vital part in commercial decisions throughout the business. You will work closely with the commercial teams to support and challenge to ensure delivery of budgeted P&L. As part of the role you will pro-actively review and analyse business performance versus relevant KPIs and drive action with the Brand and Sales teams.
This role reports into the Commercial Finance Manager so someone with experience in ‘commercial’ finance is essential as you will be seen internally as a business advisor who works collaboratively with our sales teams to drive profitable commercial decisions.
Requirements:
· Have experience in a Commercial Finance Analyst role or equivalent
· Knows a P&L and balance sheet like the back of their hand!
· You’re financially qualified, with experience in forecasting and planning
· Be able to use data to influence, challenge and support commercial decisions and spot new business opportunities

Location : Hybrid, however must have access to Midlands HQ circa 2 days a week
Salary : £40,000 – £45,000 plus benefits package.
