    Job Description:

    As a Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy and overall success of the organisation. We are looking for a seasoned finance executive with a strong background in private equity and startup environments. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, an excellent communicator, and a hands-on leader who can navigate the complexities of both financial management and growth-stage startup operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute financial strategies that support the company’s growth and profitability goals.
    • Manage all financial functions, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
    • Provide financial insights and recommendations to the executive team and board of directors.
    • Oversee investor relations, including communication with private equity partners and other stakeholders.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial best practices.
    • Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
    • Collaborate with other departments to drive cross-functional initiatives and strategic decisions.
    • Play a key role in fundraising efforts and capital allocation strategies.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
    • Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance executive in a startup environment.
    • Strong private equity background, with a track record of successful fundraising and investor relations.
    • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
    • Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Experience in the FMCG sector is a plus.
