    The Role

    As the Business Development Director you will take ownership of our UK sales. Building client relationships within the consumer brand space will be pivotal to the success of the position, through the leadership of your team the successful candidate will drive growth within the UK and international markets. Re defining the go to market proposition and developing a 2-3 year strategic plan along with the support of the board will be paramount focus. Our client has huge aspirations and the product to match!

    The successful Business Development Director will have:

    • Current experience in a Sales Director, Business Development Director position
    • MUST have experience of developing branded consumer goods relationships, ideally but not exclusively from an Agency or B2B consultancy background
    • Exceptional influencing skills, you must be a do-er, problem solver and trouble shooter
    • First class presentation and negotiation skills
    • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
    • Preferably be degree educated or equivalent

    Salary: £competitive basic salary & package
