Are you commercially minded, passionate about agriculture and experienced in driving development projects? This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the strategic growth of Noble Foods.

As our Agriculture Property & Development Manager, you’ll lead the development of new poultry production sites and the expansion of existing farms, taking projects from initial enquiry and planning through to construction and operational handover.

You’ll build strong relationships with new and existing producers, identify exciting growth opportunities and coordinate the people, plans and expertise needed to turn development opportunities into reality.

What you’ll be doing:
Identify and recruit new producers to support business growth.
Lead farm development and expansion projects from feasibility to completion.
Guide producers through planning applications and environmental permitting.
Coordinate consultants, contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Support investment appraisals, business cases and financial projections.
Manage project timelines, risks, reporting and operational handovers.

What we’re looking for:
Must be a qualified Rural Surveyor, ideally MRICS or equivalent, with experience of agricultural property development.
Strong commercial, project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience in agricultural development, producer recruitment or farm expansion.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
Poultry industry knowledge would be a distinct advantage.
