    Are you a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and account management? We have an incredible opportunity for you to join our client’s rapidly growing FMCG business as an Account Manager.

    Position: Account Manager

    Location: Hybrid Role – Office based in Kent

    Salary: Up to £55,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance + other benefits

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing innovative packaging solutions.
    • Sales Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, as well as maximising revenue from existing accounts.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and production, to ensure seamless communication and delivery of high-quality services.
    • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market changes to proactively address challenges and opportunities.
    • Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on account status, sales performance, and market insights.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Proven experience in account management within the FMCG industry.
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
    • Results-oriented with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
