The Role: NPD Technologist

As an NPD Technologist, you will be instrumental in driving new product development from concept through to launch. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate consumer insights into innovative food solutions. Your responsibilities will include leading R&D trials, ensuring feasibility and scalability, and maintaining high standards of quality and food safety. A proactive approach and strong technical expertise will enable you to contribute significantly to our client’s pipeline of exciting products.

Lead and support new product development projects from initial concept to launch
Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure product feasibility
Conduct trials, analyse results, and implement improvements
Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with food safety standards
Keep abreast of industry trends and innovative ingredients

Candidate Requirements

Proven experience in NPD within the food industry
Strong knowledge of food science and technology
